1. All appointments are requested to arrive at least few minutes before scheduled time. This will ensure that we service you in a timely manner.
2.Any appointments arriving late will be placed with next available technician for their appointed services. Arriving too early or late for appointment time does not guarantee the same technician scheduled.
3. All of our guests are able to choose their own service technician; however, once you have accepted the appointment with a certain technician, we will be unable to make any changes upon arrival at the salon. If changes are made, the guest would be responsible for compensating the pre-booked technician services as a late cancellation.
4. Style by Zahra does not take any liability towards any belongings brought into the salon by guests.
5. All walk-ins will be taken care of based on our first available technician policy.
6. To maintain fair pricing for our services, most of our appointments require a credit card on file to book your appointments. Late cancellation and no shows are charged full price for their services as our fee for breaking appointments without a 24 hour notice.
7. All gratuities are paid in cash directly to your service technician.
8. Due to many safety concerns and requests from our patrons, children cannot be allowed in the service area or salon. If need to accommodate any child in the waiting area during services time, guests must bring an adult to accompany with the child at all times. Also, Style By Zahra will not be taking any liability for bringing any children or any attendees guests.
